「いつやった？ / Days Since」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取扱いを説明します。

1. 端末内に保存する情報
項目名、実施記録、カテゴリ、予定、メモ、写真、表示設定は端末内に保存されます。これらの内容を、運営者のサーバーへ自動送信することはありません。
バックアップはAndroidまたはiOSのシステム画面で利用者が選んだ保存先へ直接書き出します。運営者はバックアップの内容を受信しません。
2. お問い合わせ
アプリ内フォームを送信すると、メールアドレス、問い合わせ本文、アプリが生成した識別子、アプリのバージョン、端末・OS情報、購入状態、RevenueCatの匿名App User IDを収集します。これらは問い合わせ対応のため、Cloudflare Workersを経由してSlackへ送信されます。
送信は任意です。お問い合わせを送らない場合でも、本アプリの記録機能を利用できます。
3. 購入と広告
RevenueCat / Google Play / App Store
購入状態の確認、購入の復元、プレミアム機能の提供のため、匿名のApp User ID、商品、購入履歴、サブスクリプション状態を処理します。カード番号などの決済情報を本アプリや運営者が取得することはありません。
Google AdMob / User Messaging Platform
無料版での広告表示、同意管理、広告効果測定、不正防止のため、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその位置、アプリの操作、診断情報、広告ID・App Set IDなどの端末識別子がGoogleにより収集・共有される場合があります。利用できる地域では、アプリ内の「プライバシー設定」から広告に関する選択を変更できます。
4. 分析と障害調査
Firebase Analytics
Androidの公開版では、利用状況の把握と改善のためFirebase Analyticsを使用します。アプリインスタンスID、許可される場合の広告・端末ID、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその位置、画面・セッション・アプリ操作、購入・サブスクリプションに関する情報、診断情報が自動的に収集される場合があります。
本アプリ独自の分析イベントは、ペイウォールの表示・購入操作とレビュー案内の表示・延期・ストア遷移に限定します。項目名、実施記録、メモ、写真、メールアドレス、問い合わせ本文を分析イベントへ含めません。
Firebase Crashlytics
公開版のクラッシュや不具合を調査するため、クラッシュログ、スタックトレース、アプリ・端末・OS情報、診断・セッション情報、Firebase installation IDを収集します。本アプリから送る非致命的エラーは分類とスタックトレースに限定し、利用者が入力した内容や写真・ファイルパスを含めません。
5. お知らせと通信
お知らせの取得時に、固定URLへHTTPSでアクセスします。お知らせAPIへ項目名、実施記録、アプリ独自ID、既読項目を送りません。通信事業者であるCloudflare等が、セキュリティと配信のためIPアドレス、国、User-Agent等の標準的な通信ログを一時的に処理する場合があります。
本アプリから外部サービスへの通信はHTTPSで暗号化します。
6. 保存期間、削除、第三者提供
端末内の情報は、本アプリの削除またはアプリデータの消去で削除できます。お問い合わせ情報の削除を希望する場合は、下記窓口へご連絡ください。本人確認と対象特定に必要な範囲で追加情報をお願いすることがあります。
お問い合わせに含まれるメールアドレス、本文、アプリ生成識別子、端末・OS情報、購入状態、RevenueCatの匿名App User IDは、対応と不正防止に必要な期間だけ保持し、原則として最終対応から12か月以内に削除します。確認済みの削除依頼を受けた場合は、法令上またはセキュリティ上保持が必要なものを除き、対象情報を30日以内に削除します。
委託先は、サービス提供、セキュリティ、法令対応に必要な範囲で情報を処理します。各サービスの保存期間と削除手続は、それぞれのポリシーと契約に従います。法令に基づく場合を除き、運営者が個人情報を販売することはありません。
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how “Days Since / When Did I Last?” (the “App”) handles information.

1. Information stored on your device
Activity names, records, categories, schedules, notes, photos and display settings are stored on your device. The App does not automatically send this content to our servers.
Backups are written directly to a location you choose using the Android or iOS system picker. We do not receive the contents of your backups.
2. Contact requests
If you submit the in-app contact form, we collect your email address, message, an App-generated identifier, App version, device and OS information, purchase status and an anonymous RevenueCat App User ID. The information is sent through Cloudflare Workers to Slack so we can respond and provide support.
Submitting the form is optional. You can use the App’s recording features without contacting us.
3. Purchases and advertising
RevenueCat / Google Play / App Store
To validate purchases, restore access and provide Premium features, these services process an anonymous App User ID, products, purchase history and subscription status. The App and its operator do not receive payment card details.
Google AdMob / User Messaging Platform
For ads in the free version, consent management, measurement and fraud prevention, Google may collect and share approximate location inferred from IP address, App interactions, diagnostics and device identifiers such as advertising ID and App Set ID. Where available, you can revisit advertising choices from “Privacy options” in the App.
4. Analytics and crash diagnostics
Firebase Analytics
The Android production version uses Firebase Analytics to understand usage and improve the App. Firebase may automatically collect an App instance ID, advertising or device identifiers where permitted, approximate location inferred from IP address, screens, sessions, App interactions, purchase and subscription information, and diagnostics.
Our custom analytics events are limited to paywall impressions and purchase actions, plus review-prompt impressions, deferrals and store opens. We do not include activity names, records, notes, photos, email addresses or contact messages in analytics events.
Firebase Crashlytics
Production builds collect crash logs, stack traces, App, device and OS metadata, diagnostics and session information, and a Firebase installation ID. Custom non-fatal reports are limited to an error category and stack trace and exclude user-entered content, photos and file paths.
5. Announcements and network data
The App fetches announcements from a fixed HTTPS URL. It does not send activity names, records, App-specific IDs or read-announcement IDs to that endpoint. Infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare may temporarily process standard network information such as IP address, country and User-Agent for delivery and security.
Connections from the App to external services are encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
6. Retention, deletion and service providers
You can delete local information by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling it. To request deletion of contact information, email us at the address below. We may request limited additional information to verify and locate the relevant record.
Email addresses, messages, App-generated identifiers, device and OS information, purchase status and anonymous RevenueCat App User IDs included in contact requests are kept only as needed for support and abuse prevention and are ordinarily deleted within 12 months after the final response. After a verified deletion request, we delete the relevant information within 30 days unless it must be retained for legal or security reasons.
Service providers process information only as needed to provide their services, secure them and comply with law. Their retention and deletion practices follow their policies and our applicable agreements. We do not sell personal information.
